Gas outs
Out of Gas? We'll Bring Fuel.
How a gas out call works
Tell us where you stopped
Road and nearest crossroad, and whether you're on the shoulder or in a lot. Gas or diesel — say which.
We bring fuel to you
Enough to get you moving and safely to the nearest pump, not a full tank at roadside prices.
We make sure it starts
Our driver stays until the engine runs. If it won't restart, we can tow from the same call.
Back on the road
Fill up properly at the next station and carry on with your day.
While you wait
Get well off the road
Coast onto the shoulder or into a driveway if you can, and turn the hazards on.
Stay buckled in the vehicle
On county highways it's safer inside with the seatbelt fastened than standing on the shoulder.
Don't keep cranking
Running a dry fuel pump can damage it. Wait for fuel rather than trying repeatedly.
Diesel needs care
Diesels can need priming after running dry. Tell us it's a diesel so we arrive ready.
Also worth a call
Not actually out of fuel?
Sometimes an empty gauge is something else. We can sort that out too.
Won't start at all
If there's fuel and it still won't turn over, we'll tow you to the shop of your choice.
Flat tire instead
We change tires roadside so you can get to a tire shop on your own wheels.
Stranded off the road
Coasted into a ditch or soft shoulder? Ask for a winch out on the same call.
